On Friday 18 July 2025 Queensland Beef Corridors joined State and Federal representatives as part of the Central Queensland Beef Roads Strategic Advisory Group and locked in three key milestones:

• Endorsement of the Central Queensland Beef Roads Program of Works
• Endorsement of the Central Queensland Beef Roads Investment Strategy
• Agreement on the Terms of Reference for a delivery Steering Committee

These are important building blocks to help us deliver better roads for the beef industry and for our communities.

Stage one of this transformational project has secured $503 million in funding by the Australia, Queensland and Local Governments.  With the Australian Government contributing $400 million and the Queensland Government providing $100 million over the next 10 years.
